What is the cost of your service?

Simple answer is it depends. One of the reasons we provide a free estimate is to help figure out exactly what you are looking for when it comes to your display. The cost is calculated with many different things in mind, such as the number of light strings that are being hung, the amount of time it will take us to complete, and most importantly the type and size of the display you have chosen. Typically, our prices range from as little as $500 to as high as thousands of dollars for commercial and large residential displays.

How are the projects priced?

When you contact us, we will send our design team to your home or business to consult with you about exactly what your needs will entail. Based on the package you have decided on and any additional needs we will put an estimate together. We will create your lighting project on our exclusive design software so you will be able to see what your lighting project will look like before making a commitment.

Does your service include taking down the lights at the end of the season?

Of course. After the holiday season is over our professional staff will come to your home or business and carefully remove all the lights and decorations. If you have a general time that you wanted them taken down please let your design team member know.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, we guarantee our work 100%. Our customers are very important to us and if you have questions or concerns we are always available to help. We will maintain your project through the whole holiday season. The winter months in the Chicago land area have many elements that could provide a problem, including snow, rain, wind, and other unfortunate weather related issues but this is not a problem for American Holiday Lights. If any issue arises we will come out and troubleshoot to find the issue and fix it. References are available per request.
